At InsideOut we are dedicated to providing you with one on one support, experienced trainers and exceptional customer service. Our programs are personally tailored to exceed in reaching your individual goals.

What can you expect to notice
You will increase muscle strength, tone and flexibility, improve fitness and strengthen your core. Improve your posture, lose weight, increase your energy levels and fire up your metabolism, which in turn increases your bodies capacity to BURN FAT!

Our personal training formats are challenging and interesting, utilising your CORE with a variety of boxing, fitball, resistance tubing and medicine balls. We offer one-on-one, small groups or we can come to you.

Individual One on One - These sessions are ALL ABOUT YOU and what you want from your Personal Trainer. Your session is private and individually tailored to exceed your goals and each session complete with a total body workout, full body stretch and massage. All sessions include fitness testing, progress reports and nutrition/menu planning.

Group Personal Training 4-8 Participants - These sessions are great for clients on a budget and still looking for fast, noticeable results.
You can start your own group by sharing your new fitness journey with a friend or family member. Your Personal Trainer is dedicated to you, designing a program specific to what you want.
All sessions start with a Postural Movement Assessment and full medical screening and include informative nutrition & exercise tips to get the best results.

Corporate - If you and your workmates cant find time to come to the Studio, we come to you and bring all equipment necessary for a safe, efficient and effective workout. Sessions are tailored to you or your team and include Pilates, Fitball and Core Stabilisation exercises.
