Pilates located at Magill
Pilates Mat Intro Gain an understanding of the principles and techniques behind Pilates before moving onto the more advanced levels. Theses classes are a total body workout toning abdominals,thighs, buttocks and arms. Clients must complete the Mat series of classes before moving onto Reformer and Equipment based programs.
Allegro Reformer Classes This class is a strong abdominal, arm and leg workout on our Allegro Machines, utilizing straps for the hands and feet with spring loaded resistance. Develop strong, lean muscles.
Pilates Circuit This class is tailored to you and delivers challenge and intensity for your level. Equipment includes the use of the Trap table, Wunda Chair, Allegro Reformers and various other pieces of Pilates Apparatus aimed at targetting trouble areas and getting results.
Cardio Pilates Using all the techniques of the pilates strength class, in combination with dynaband and body weight exercises. A dynamic opportunity to challenge your fitness, tone and strengthen your body and increase your ability to burn body fat.
Fitball A total body workout on the Fitball concentrating on core strength, balance and stability, further improving muscle tone, joint mobility and strength. Great for all levels of fitness.
Group Personal Training Great for those on a budget.
A time efficient and effective 30-minute full body workout which includes unique core and stretching exercises with a specific focus on challenging muscular strength and endurance. Results include faster toning, increased joint range of motion and improved stability. The ultimate toner and fat burner!
