Adelaide Pilates Studio were the first in Australia to bring the unique Gravity Strength Training Program to our shores in 2004.  The Gravity system combines strength training, group training, pilates, stretching and also cable training, on one machine.

Here are some photos taken at the studio showing a few variations of just how effective and versatile the Gravity system can be. You will see how they are able to train the whole body which is an important element of the pilates method.

We have now started our own pilates channel on YouTube and will be uploading more videos as they become available. We aim to showcase the unique Gravity system with video demonstrations/techniques of its various uses. If you are in Adelaide we would love to meet you and give you a personal demonstration.
