Joseph Pilates was born in 1880 and his work inspires Pilates Practitioners throughout the world. Joseph was truly an amazing and inspirational Teacher being way ahead of his time with his knowledge the body and in developing Pilates and the Pilates Equipment you see in this video and now today in Studios throughout the world.
Joseph is seen here teaching a student his Pilates techniques on the Reformer, The Wunda Chair, The Barrel, The Trapeze/Cadillac Table and also using the Magic Circle.
